Do we test on animals?

Our products are cruelty-free; we do not condone animal testing.

Can I safely use my credit card?

We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. We use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption when credit card information is transmitted. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. While no method is completely impenetrable, SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today.

Can I use an international credit card to pay for my purchases?

We are currently unable to accept credit cards issued outside of the United States.

How can I check the status of my order?

The quickest way to check the status of ordered items is to sign in to your account and go to Order History. You may also email Customer Service at salesteam@klaseebeauty.com

How quickly will my order be processed?

We process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days. 

Can I place orders by Mail, Fax and Phone?

We do not accept orders by fax but you may call 1.800.511.9334 Ext.2 to place your order by phone.

Does klaseebeauty.com ship internationally?

We do not ship to Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and international addresses (including Canada). We do honor shipping to other countries using your sky box.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving Klasee Beauty News emails?

You can unsubscribe from any Klasee Beauty News emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email. Registered users may also unsubscribe from the My Account section. It may take up to 10 business days before your email address is removed from our database. An email address will still be required to communicate order-related information.
